The AAVSB Board of Directors has again approved the Delegate Funding Program for the 2012 AAVSB Annual Meeting and Conference.  Please click here to review the policy and procedures for participation in the program.

The hotel is about 15 miles from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).

This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Refunds and Cancellations

Attendee substitutions are welcome any time, in writing. Registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to the registration deadline date.  Cancellations will result in a full refund less a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations if the office is notified after the registration deadline date. Any refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting.
