Get Your Score Report

1 Task: Receive your pass/fail report

  • Your official, Exam Candidate Copy, score report will be auto generated and emailed to you by PSI soon after your exam.
    • If you miss this email, you must wait until the individual score reports have been imported to the AAVSB database to see your exam results.
    • Do not call PSI or the AAVSB to request your score report. It cannot be resent.
  • Within 6 weeks of taking the exam, individual score reports for personal use only will be posted on your MyAAVSB portal.
  • You will have access to view/print your Exam Candidate Copy score report for one year only.

2 Task: Your jurisdiction received your official score report

  • An official score report will initially be available to the provincial or state agency you indicated on the application.
  • You will NOT receive a certificate or license from the AAVSB after you've passed the VTNE. You must contact the state or provincial agency where you plan to work to find out what their requirements and procedures are to obtain your license, certification or registration.
  • You can refer to the VTNE Candidate Handbook for information on the scoring process.

3 Task: Transfer Score and Credential Record

  • Do not submit a VAULT transfer request for the jurisdiction you selected on the VTNE application. An official score report is automatically provided to that jurisdiction.
    • There are no refunds for a transfer request submitted in error.
  • Submit a VAULT transfer request to send your score and credential record to a jurisdiction other than the one you selected on your VTNE application.
