Submit a RACE Program Application
Program Application Information
Program approval status expires at the end of two (2) years from the date of approval. Programs may be repeated within the two (2) year Program Approval Period at different locations and/or on different dates, with advance notice in writing (mail or email) to AAVSB. Variations in speaker, presentation method (i.e. live vs. DVD) are NOT the same program, and must be submitted as new programs.
A completed RACE Program Application shall include all of the following information detailed below; incomplete applications will not be considered:

- Program Agenda
- Objective Statement
- Attendance Certificate
- Speaker/Presenter Information
- Evaluation form
- Co-Sponsorship Agreement (if any)
- Post-Test (if applicable)
- Promotional Material
- Other information as requested by AAVSB
RACE cannot consider applications for programs that have occurred in the past, or approve programs retroactively. We recommend that you submit your Program Application at least 45 days in advance of your first course offering.
NOTE - Changes in the RACE Application Process:
As a RACE Program Provider, please note some changes in the application process that makes it easier for you to upload your program. You now have the ability to select an existing speaker from our Speaker Database. If the Speaker's, CV or other required information (based on the current RACE Standards) has already been uploaded to RACE from a previous submission, you do not need to upload another copy, just select that speaker from a list and his or her CV (or other required information) will automatically be attached to your programs.
