PAVE for Veterinary Technicians

PAVE for Veterinary Technicians is the pathway for veterinary technicians/nurses who are graduates of international, non-accredited veterinary technology/nursing programs to practice in the United States and Canada.

PAVE for Veterinary Technicians evaluates the education equivalence of these graduates on behalf of participating AAVSB Member Boards.

A PAVE for Veterinary Technicians Certificate of Completion meets the education requirement for eligibility to take the Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE) in jurisdictions that recognize the program.

When you have submitted your PAVE for Veterinary Technicians application, you must notify us by:

  2. List:
    1. Your full name
    2. The full name of your school AND the degree conferred
    3. The country where your school is located
