About VAULT Services

Sending your verified national exam scores and credential information for licensure

The AAVSB is the official archive of all national exam scores for the NBE/CCT, NAVLE, and VTNE. It is the only organization in the United States or Canada to offer score reporting services to veterinarians or veterinary technicians.

If you are applying for a license in a new jurisdiction, VAULT (Veterinary Application for Uniform Licensure Transfer) is the service that verifies and sends your score.

Why do boards require scores from the AAVSB? Verified score reports help licensing boards in their duty to protect the public and ensure the health and welfare of animals. These reports allow boards to determine whether professionals meet the education and knowledge requirements to practice as a veterinarian or veterinary technician.

Get Started

To send your score to a licensing board, select one of the VAULT services below. You can choose the Basic service to send only your score OR you can select the Premium service and have the AAVSB request your license verifications/letter(s) of good standing, transcripts, and other documents for you.

Please note the processing times listed below. The AAVSB verifies every exam score before sending it to boards. This means it is not an automatic process. VAULT processes all applications in the order they are submitted. Due to high demand, your application may take 14 – 35 business days to complete. In light of the high demand, it is in your best interest to start the process as early as possible.
