The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) is a not-for-profit membership organization comprised of 63 Member Boards dedicated to strengthening the veterinary regulatory community. We are committed to supporting and advancing the regulation of veterinary medicine and providing comprehensive information and services to enhance the efficiency of veterinary regulation.

The AAVSB is seeking a Program Associate (Exams) who has an Associate’s degree and three years of relevant office and customer service experience. The Program Associate (Exams) position primarily responsible for customer service, application processing, and eligibility review for the examinations of the AAVSB, including, but not limited to the Veterinary Technician National Examination (VTNE), international educational assessment programs, and state and provincial assessments. This position includes extensive contact with key stakeholders including the Member Boards, veterinary technology/nursing programs, veterinary schools, allied organizations, and exam vendors in providing program services support.
