Last Update: 5-13-2020
The health and safety of our employees and candidates continues to be of utmost importance to the AAVSB and our testing partner, PSI.
The following essential business information does not include sites in Canada - those sites will be making their own opening and closing decisions, per local and provincial guidelines.
This information only applies to United States test sites:
The VTNE is now considered an essential exam for an essential business. A test site for an essential service will be open even if other test sites in the
state are closed. PSI test sites are operating at 50% capacity to allow for adequate social distancing.
The March/April 2020 exam window has been extended for a final time, through June 30, 2020. If you are not scheduled yet, you need to log into the PSI site to choose an available date between now and June 30. You can also call PSI to
reschedule at 1-833-256-1419, but may experience long wait times.
Candidates affected by a closed test site can reschedule up to and including the day of testing at no penalty.
Be sure to watch your email for communication from PSI or the AAVSB. We recommend white listing our addresses or checking your junk mail routinely as well. Please monitor our social media channels and website for updates.
